Content Font Customisation
Use a Google font that matches your company brand guidelines to improve the learner experience
Overview
Content font customisation lets you replace the default font used across your courses and guides with a font that matches your brand. Once set, the new font applies automatically to all new and existing content — no need to update anything course by course.
How to set it up
- Sign in with a company admin account
- Go to Settings → Company Branding
- Find the Content font section.
- Choose a font from the list of available Google Fonts
- Save your changes
The selected font takes effect immediately across your content — there's nothing further to configure per course or guide.
What it applies to
Your chosen font applies to course and guide content only — the text learners read inside lessons and guides.
It does not change the surrounding eduMe interface, such as navigation, buttons, menus, or other interface elements. Those continue to use eduMe's default interface font, keeping the platform's navigation consistent while your content carries your brand's typography.
This setting applies across your entire company account — once chosen, the font is used for all groups and all learners. It's not possible to set different fonts for different groups or courses.
FAQs
Who can change the font?
This setting is available to company admins only.
What if my font isn't in the list?
We currently support a curated set of Google Fonts. If the font you want isn't listed, speak to your Customer Success Manager — they can request it be added for your account.
Can I use a font that isn't on Google Fonts?
Not yet — custom font uploads outside the Google Fonts library aren't supported at this time. If this would be valuable for your organisation, let us know; we're tracking demand for this.
Will this change how my eduMe navigation and buttons look?
No. The font only applies to course and guide content, not the surrounding eduMe interface.
Does it apply to existing content, or only new content?
Both. Once set, the font applies across all of your existing and future courses and guides.
Can different courses use different fonts?
No — the font set in Company Branding applies account-wide, across all groups and all content.
