      Defining a monthly active user (MAU)

      Helping you better understand and track your monthly usage

      A unique monthly active user is counted when a learner accesses training during the calendar month. When accessing a Knowledge Hub, a monthly active user is counted when the learner starts a training activity. If the same user accesses content more than once during the calendar month, only one license is used. If the same user accesses content in two separate calendar months, two licenses are used.
