Resetting your password as an eduMe learner or admin
If you attempt to sign in with the wrong password five times, your account will be noted as locked and you will be required to reset your password.
Please follow the links below to reset your password and use the email address or mobile number that was used to activate your account.
If you’ve been invited by email and for any reason you do not receive the reset link, please check your spam/junk folder or search for 'firstname.lastname@example.org' where the reset link will come from.
If you do not receive the reset password link immediately by SMS or email, please wait five minutes before making another request, as any new request will invalidate previous links.
Please note passwords must consist of at least 10 characters.
