      Setting up the integration

      How to set up the Beekeeper-eduMe integration

       

      Integration with Beekeeper works with eduMe accounts that have only 1 eduMe group.

      Step 1: Set up the integration in the eduMe account

      Navigate to Settings > 3rd Party Integrations > Beekeeper. The Beekeeper Integration page opens.

      Please fill out the requested information to get the Beekeeper-eduMe integration set up.

      How to find this information?

      1. Your Beekeeper tenant URL
      2. Your Beekeeper API token
        • In Beekeeper, head to Extensions > Bot Accounts > + Add Bot Account. Give it a name and a description and press save. You must (❗️) grant admin permissions for the widget to work.

      Think what you’d like your widget title to be called - it will be shown on the Beekeeper home screen

        • Example: "eduMe courses"

      Step 2: Reach out to the Beekeeper team to finish the integration setup

      You can do this through your dedicated Beekeeper CSM manager or via the support. This can take a couple of days.

      Once this step is done, the Beekeeper integration is now set up and ready to use. Follow the steps below to surface eduMe content in the Beekeeper app so users can start accessing training content.
