      Active Users

      An active user is anyone who accesses your training platform.

      You’re only charged for users who have accessed the eduMe platform in that month, and the same user can access it an unlimited number of times during the month. If a user doesn’t access eduMe in that month they will not be counted as an active user and you wouldn’t be charged.
