Contact support@edume.com to ensure OTP is enabled for your group.
Make sure that your users have their contact details in Beekeeper, we will provision those contact details automatically during our daily sync.
Once your users have contact details in their BK profile (ie phone number or email address), they will be able to use their details to access content behind the link or QR code.
QR Codes
To enable QR codes as an access method for your team, follow the steps in this article:
Content Delivery Through One-Time Password (OTP)
QR codes provide a seamless way for users to scan and access specific content securely, using their verified details for authentication.
Workflows
You can embed OTP links into workflows to automate secure content access. For example:
- When a user triggers an event (e.g., submitting a form), include the OTP link to the relevant content in a chat message.
Using Generic Links
If you prefer a more direct approach, you can create and share generic OTP links. Here’s how:
- Copy an OTP link for the specific content.
- Share the link via your Beekeeper stream or chat to your learners.
- Users will be prompted to authenticateusing their verified contact details before accessing the content.
