Learner Authentication Methods

We currently provide four learner authentication methods for you to choose from.

Self sign up (SSU) Web only No admin effort is required to set up SSU authentication. Learners are required to enter all their details to set up an account. Single sign on (SSO) Web and app Development effort is required to initially set up the authentication. Once set up, admins can share a standard link with all learners. Learners can access your courses using their existing company account. You can choose to enable or disable access as required, making this a highly secure option. Seamless access Web only You can choose to enable or disable access as required, making this a highly secure option. Additionally, you can enable other security features supported by your SSO system. One time password (OTP) Web only Email support@edume.com or your CSM to enable, and learner details must be uploaded to eduMe. Minimal effort to learner. Enter OTP code, received via SMS or email, by clicking on QR code or OTP link  Only uploaded users can receive an OTP code, and access assigned content. OTP Learner authentication
